- While lying down on an exercise bench, hold the dumbbells straight up over your upper body
- Have your palms face out

- Bend your elbows and lower your arms down until your elbows are just below your upper body
- Raise the dumbbells back up to the starting position
- Do 8 to 12 repetitions
- Do this workout 3 times a week, every other day
