Workout Procedure

  1. Sit on the exercise ball with the dumbbells resting on your thighs
  2. Walk your feet forward until you are at the proper angle with the ball supporting your back
  3. Let the dumbbells hang down with your palms facing outward
  4. Bend your elbows and raise the dumbbells toward your shoulders
  5. Lower the weights back down to the starting position
  6. Do 1 - 3 sets of 8 - 12 repetitions
