- Lie on a Pilates Mat or an Exercise Bench with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor
- Holding the dumbbells extend your arms straight up over your chest with your palms facing inward

- Squeeze your triceps to straighten your arms back to the starting position
- Keep your elbows steady during this exercise
- Repeat this procedure for 8 to 12 repetitions
