Treadmills Review For Your Home Gym

Treadmills review will help you with your home gym equipment decisions.

This device is my choice for an endurance exercise program or cardio exercise routine. It allows you to do a cardio workout rain or shine in the convenience of your own home and on your schedule.

The prices for these devices can range from $200 to several thousand dollars. I bought a $500 machine, and use it everyday for over four years now. It doesn't have all the whistles and bells of the more expensive models, and it doesn't have a cushioned running surface. However, it suits my purposes for a good endurance workout. You may be different and want all the electronic and upscale features.

Before you purchase a machine, make sure that you study the product specifications first. Make sure that it has the speed range, incline capabilities and walking/running surface area and cushioning that you desire. Also be sure that you have the physical space to put these rather large machines.

This device provides for a low to high impact workout. If you experience knee pain or prefer a no impact workout, you may want to consider an Elliptical Trainer.
